What do I need when I call to schedule? A credit card will be required to secure your reservation.

 

What is the cancellation policy? A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to modify or cancel an appointment to avoid being charged the cost of your service.

 

Do you have showers? Many of our clients come on a regular bases. In an effort to keep our rates affordable we not offer showers or locker rooms. 

 

How do I tip?  A tip is a special way to say "thank you for a job well done". Much like at a restaurant you may tip based on your level of satisfaction. Most choose to leave 20% on average but tipping is always left to your discretion. Please consider tipping your therapist directly or if you prefer we can provide a Thank You envelope at checkout.

 

Tranquility: Please place cell phones on silent prior to entering the spa. 

 

When should I arrive? New clients please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment so we can have a meet and greet and discuss your treatment needs. Repeat clients please arrive at least 5 mins prior to your appointment start time so you may benefit from the full time of your session.

 

What if I’m late? As a respect to the client after you, late arrivals will receive the remain time of their originally scheduled appointment. 

 

Can I bring my children? Guests 16 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult in the treatment room. For the comfort of our guests, children under the age of 10 years old are not permitted within the spa. 

 

What type of payment should I bring?  We accept cash or credit cards and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks.

Can you accommodate big groups?  Enjoying a day of Inner Peace with good friends is priceless. Inner Peace Massage & Spa is able to accommodate groups of up to 14 guests.
